Sales Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms govern all purchases made through biofieldtuningmallorca.com, including session bookings, workshops, and physical or digital products. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Booking & purchasing

Sessions and workshops may be booked through the website or via direct enquiry. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confirmation will be sent by email.

Prices & payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Spanish law. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases.

Cancellation & rescheduling

  • 48 hours or more before the session: full refund
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before, or no-shows: no refund
  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. This right does not apply to services already fully performed with your consent, or to digital content once access has begun.

Digital products

By purchasing and accessing digital content, you consent to waiving your right of withdrawal for that content, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Physical products

Physical products are shipped from Spain. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at biofieldhealingmallorca@gmail.com.
